1. General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to anyone ("you" or "player") using the kyat9 website and all related services ("platform"). By accessing and using the platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities
You must register an account with accurate personal information to access the full range of services on the kyat9 platform.

2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account on kyat9. If multiple accounts from the same person are detected, all such accounts will be closed and any remaining funds will be handled at our discretion.
2.3 Account Security Responsibility
You must keep your account password confidential and must not share it with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you notice any unauthorized access, report it immediately to [email protected].
2.4 KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy
kyat9 may at any time request players to submit a copy of their national ID, payment account records, or other identity documents. Withdrawals will only be approved after KYC verification is complete. If the required documents cannot be provided, withdrawal requests may be restricted.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
Payment methods currently available for deposits and withdrawals on kyat9 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (for all methods)
- You must correctly confirm the source of your funds at the time of deposit
- The payment account name must match your registered account name
- You may only use a payment method that belongs to you — third-party payments are not accepted
3.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
- Standard withdrawal time — processed within 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit
- All players must complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal
If money laundering or illegal payments are detected, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on this platform are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). If payment is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted at the prevailing bank rate and players must accept that exchange rate differences may apply.
4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors on kyat9 can receive a 100% bonus on their deposit amount, up to 200,000 Ks.
- Maximum bonus amount — 200,000 Ks
- Bonus wagering requirement — bonus amount x20
Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 40,000 Ks. You must wager the 20,000 Ks bonus 20 times (400,000 Ks in total) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Second example — if you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a total of 620,000 Ks. You must wager the 200,000 Ks bonus 20 times (4,000,000 Ks in total) before you can withdraw.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- The specific terms for each bonus can be found in the promotion description
- Bonus funds may not be mixed with non-bonus funds during play
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn or cashed out before the required wagering period is completed
- kyat9 may cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice
- If bonus abuse is detected, funds will be handled at our discretion and the account may be closed
5. Gaming Rules
kyat9 offers live casino, football betting, slots, card games, and a variety of other games. Players must also comply with the policies of the individual game software providers.
5.1 Fairness
All games on kyat9 are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fair results. Live casino games are hosted by real dealers in real time.
5.2 Session Time Limits
If the connection drops before a game is settled, it will reconnect so the game can continue. Any interim result will be based on the server records.
5.3 Casino Chips and Football Betting Obligations
Casino chips are equivalent to cash and are only valid within the casino platform. Funds cannot be withdrawn from football betting until the required rollover amount has been met.
6। Prohibitions and Restrictions
Players are strictly prohibited from using this platform in the following ways—
- Playing games using third-party software, bots, or any form of external interference
- Intentional bonus abuse (multi-accounting, chip-dumping, arbitrage)
- Creating an account using another person's identity

- When bonus abuse is detected
- When money laundering is suspected
- When the player themselves requests it under the Responsible Gaming policy
8.2 Self-Exclusion Request by Player

9। Liability Limitations
kyat9 works to provide players with a smooth and fair platform experience, but is not responsible for the following—
- Losses resulting from the player's own negligence
- Game interruptions caused by server connection drops
- Losses caused by the player themselves
- Third-party services the player deals with (banks, payment services)
- Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure events
kyat9's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount of the player's most recent deposit directly related to that case.
10. Terms & Conditions Updates
kyat9 may amend, add to, or remove these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly.
